    Read "Everything is Illuminated" and "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close". Foer has a very unique writing style that I find instantly engaging. I especially loved the narrator in "Illuminated"....

    I have "There is a Slight Chance I might be going to hell" By Laurie Notaro. She is a fabulously funny quirky writer and this is her first fiction book. All of the others were essays about her life, told in her humorous way.
